1. Fresh Products
Due to the perishable nature of fresh microgreens, cancellation or refund requests
may be subject to specific conditions.
If you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled or materially different from what
was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide
photographs or other relevant information.
2. Non-Perishable Products
Cancellation and refund requests for non-perishable products will be considered based on the product’s condition, dispatch status and applicable terms communicated at the time of purchase.
3. Courses and Coaching
For courses, workshops, consultations and one-on-one coaching:
- Cancellation requests should be made before the scheduled session or course commencement.
- Rescheduling may be offered where applicable.
- Refund eligibility may depend on when the cancellation request is received.
Specific course or consultation terms may be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Farm Packages
Cancellation and refund terms for farm-support packages will depend on the
package selected, materials supplied and stage of fulfilment.
The applicable terms will be communicated before confirmation of the package.
5. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original
payment method or another appropriate method.
Processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
