1. Fresh Microgreens
Because microgreens are fresh agricultural products, delivery timelines may vary
depending on:
- Harvest availability
- Order quantity
- Customer location
- Delivery availability
- Weather and other operational conditions
Fresh microgreens should be received and stored appropriately after delivery.
2. Non-Perishable Products
For value-added products, growing kits, educational materials and other non
perishable products, estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during
the ordering process.
3. Delivery Areas
Delivery availability depends on the customer’s location and the product ordered.
If delivery is unavailable to a particular location, we will inform the customer
before processing the order where reasonably possible.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery or transportation charges may apply depending on:

5. Delays
